The Bureau of Long Term Care and Behavioral Health Services is responsible for all long term care programs, both institutional and community based, for the elderly and other special needs populations.

The bureau consists of three divisions:

• Division of Community Long Term Care
  
• Division of Community and Facility Services
  
(Nursing Home, Home Health, Hospice, OSS and IPC)
• Division of Family Services
  

In addition, the bureau is responsible for staffing the Long Term Care Committee of the Human Services Coordinating Council.
